Nice house in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the charming town of Nerja and its beautiful beaches.  The house consists of a kitchen, dining room, three large bedrooms, two of which have an ensuite bathroom, and a econd cosy lounge with sofa beds.  The property is surrounded by a nice porch and a large private pool which has a slide and light for the evening.  There is a lawn and terrace for sunbathing by the poolside.  The house has recently been completely refurbished with furniture, appliances, household items and patio and garden furniture.  The door of the apartment has a security lock and the windows and doors of the house are wood, triple glazed and the shutters are aluminum imitation wood.  There is underfloor heating by solar panels, and air conditioning in the main lounge, and for next Summer 2017 it will be installed as standard in all three bedrooms.  The house has hammocks to take to the beach, umbrellas and beach towels.  For babies we have cots, protective barrier for bed, highchair and bath changer.  The setting is super quiet and a minutes walk from the supermarket Lidl.  The complex has a restaurant with great food.  There is a bus stop at the exit of the complex which takes you to the village of Nerja and directly opposite the same bus takes you to the picturesque village of Frigiliana.
