The villa is excellent with an enviable location, facing south-east, in the area of Punta Lara, Nerja.  The property is less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, and features a private outdoor pool, terrace with hot tub and beautiful views, dining terrace, and private badminton / tennis court. The accommodation is air conditioined and is set over three floors.  On the main level is the entrance hall leading to a spacious living room with flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player, with an open dining area and fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.  There are full longitudinal windows with automatic shades that give us a wonderful panoramic view of the coastline including the village of Nerja.  The doors to the main dining room overlook the outdoor terrace.  To the left of the living room is a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom with jacuzzi.  Stairs from the hallway lead to the lower level .  On the second level is a second double bedroom with en suite, and the third double bedroom with en-suite and a small private terrace.  Next is the fourth bedroom with two single beds and a family shower room.  All these rooms face South-East and have fantastic views.  Another staircase leads to the third level where you will find the bar and hot tub.  There is a dart board, fridge and stereo in this area.  Beautiful and well equipped, this stunning villa combines the relaxing benefits of a quiet beach location.  Punta Lara is approximately 750 meters away to the beach where guests will also find a restuarant.  There is WiFi throughout the property.
